New customers, if you contact us via email and want to buy a pallet of expensive batteries, great! However, we get fraudulent requests to purchase batteries several times a week. So please don’t be offended that we verify that you and your company are real.
The fraudsters dream is that they can order expensive and fungible batteries, pay for them with stolen credit cards, and have them picked up with shipping they arrange so that the batteries just disappear. We don’t do that. Ever.
