Our Lights Went Out! First Use of our EcoFlow Delta 2 Portable Power Station

Our lights went out last Saturday due to the windstorm. We used our EcoFlow Delta 2 for a lamp in our living room.

In the big windstorm on Saturday March 23, our lights went out for 8 hours. While we have plenty of battery lanterns, having our regular lamp on in our living was strangely normalizing.

The power outage wasn’t long enough for us to need power for our refrigerator. But if the power outage went on longer (or if we wanted to open the refrigerator door to prepare a meal), we can use our EcoFlow Delta 2 perhaps a couple of hours at a time to keep our refrigerator at temperature.

We have lots of battery powered lanterns. But using our regularly lamp in our living room during the power outage really made the house feel more normal.
