Preparing rechargeable batteries for recycling by covering terminals with clear tape

We recycle common rechargeable batteries (NiCD, NiMH, Li-ion) for free as long you tape the connectors with CLEAR tape for ALL Lithium batteries of any voltage and all Nickel batteries over 9V. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge you a taping fee of $0.50 PER BATTERY. This is fee we get charged if the batteries aren't taped. So we pass it along to you.
